Conflict Minerals Statement

RE: Conflict Minerals

The enactment of U.S. Congress HR 4173, specifically with regard to section 1502-Conflict Minerals, addresses serious issues and concerns within the supply chain for raw materials used in electronic devices. As a privately held corporation, Control Concepts Inc. is not required to file Form SD with the SEC. However, Control Concepts, Inc. is committed to helping our customers comply with all reporting requirements through the use of Tier 1 suppliers.

We have completed the CMRT Template 6.41 and EMRT 1.3 as required for a private company. Our policy is to only source our electronic components from Tier 1 suppliers who support Conflict Free Minerals. You are welcome to contact our suppliers as listed to assess the progress towards Conflict Mineral compliance and reporting.

We will continue to monitor information from our suppliers and manufacturers as it becomes available.
